Harvest Festival in the Lammertal is marked by festivals, traditions, heritage events and those special delicacies of regional cuisine. A visit to the weekly farmers' markets or the folk-music events is always rewarding. And the area's restaurants are also in a Harvest Festival frame of mind. Specially designated Harvest Festival establishments take farm-fresh produce from the region and turn it into true Harvest Festival masterpieces.
Arts and crafts have a long and rich tradition in the Lammertal. Every day during Harvest Festival, the Voglauer Furniture Works presents handicrafts with a long-standing tradition. In addition to the annual return of cattle from summer pasture and the colorful Harvest Festival processions in all the towns, the Lammertal's Hay-Art Festival stands out as a special Harvest Festival highlight again this year.
